We use state-of-the-art equipment such as the Amada FOM2 laser cutting system, allowing us to fabricate the average chassis in under 45 seconds.

Our Laser Cutting Equipment

Our industry-leading laser cutting services just got even better, thanks to our state-of-the-art Amada FOM2 3015NT laser, which is one of the world’s fastest, most powerful lasers. Our Amada laser features a high-speed cutting head, cut process monitoring for quality, and spatter-free pierce for higher quality piercing in thicker material.

This modern marvel can cut average boxes, chassis and enclosures in less than 45 seconds.  It can even handle aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and titanium parts as thick as 1″, as long as 120″, and as wide as 60″.
